Deposits and scope
Our work is custom and starts after a 50% advance, as set out in your written scope. The advance reserves our time and covers the work started, so it is generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If you cancel
- Before we start, we refund your advance in full, minus any third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
- After we start, we refund any amount not yet earned for work delivered up to the cancellation date.
- Final files and accounts are handed over once the balance is paid.
Monthly plans
Monthly care, SEO and ad-management plans can be cancelled with notice as agreed in your scope. Fees already paid for the current month cover that month's work and are not refunded pro-rata.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, platform fees and ad spend are billed by those providers under their own terms and are outside our control. We cannot refund third-party charges once they are incurred.
